EXHIBITS

The Genetti Hotel & Suites Presents "Making Many Marks" by Carol Ann Simon Cillo
What: Carol Ann Simon Cillo is the Bald Eagle Art League (BEAL) artist exhibiting for the months of December and January at the Genetti 4th Street Grille Gallery located in the Genetti Hotel and Suites. In Carol's own words she states: “Artwork needs to be done. The world is filled with visual excitement but not always in a digestible form. I try to deal with the bombardment of information and ideas by going back to making something with my hands…not only to express a message but to release the days’ experiences. It is the beauty of free choice to make a mark. It is simultaneously visual and tactile. I can express, purge, emote, release, educate, defy or revere. I know my thoughts and their resulting actions impact those around me. The use of creative thought and visual media can help me to actually initiate change.” Carol will be in attendance at the opening to answer any questions and you may contact her at carolcillo@comcast.net
